TM Next provides ephemeral, disposable email addresses designed strictly for privacy protection, developer testing, and spam prevention. We operate on a volatile memory infrastructure; therefore, we do not guarantee the permanent storage, retrieval, or persistence of any data or emails received through our system.

3. Prohibited and Acceptable Use

You agree to use our services responsibly. You are strictly PROHIBITED from using TM Next for:

• Illegal Activities: Engaging in fraud, phishing, identity theft, or distributing malware.
• Outbound Abuse: Attempting to use our infrastructure to send spam or unsolicited messages (Our system is architected as receive-only).
• Harassment: Stalking, threatening, or harassing individuals or organizations.
• TOS Violations: Registering accounts on third-party platforms with the explicit intent to violate their respective Terms of Service.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. TM Next makes no explicit or implicit warranties regarding system uptime, delivery reliability, or data persistence. We hold zero liability for any loss of data, missed communications, or damages caused by the automated, systematic deletion of emails or temporary service outages.

5. API Usage and Limitations

If you utilize the TM Next Developer API, you must adhere to the prescribed rate limits (default: 100 requests per minute). Attempts to bypass rate limits, reverse-engineer our endpoints, or overload our servers will result in an immediate, permanent IP and API key ban.

6. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify, amend, or update these terms at our sole discretion at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the service following any modifications signifies your acceptance of the newly updated terms.
